The University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH) recently hosted a Change Management Training organized by the Quantum Medical Foundation, USA, and WeCare Nigeria Initiative. The two-day training aimed to strengthen compassionate care, improve teamwork and communication, reduce delays in patient flow, support zero emergency patient refusal, and build a hospital culture centered on humanity and excellence.
