The Projects and Partnerships Management Office (PPMO) is a unit created under the leadership of the Chief Medical Director, Dr. Obinna Onodugo, and headed by Dr. Ikechukwu Emmanuel Obi. This unit was set up as part of the vision to institute overall system – wide change and maintenance of standards for all projects and partnerships within the hospital.
Basically, the PPMO office is charged with the responsibility of analyzing and ensuring the development of viable business ideas prior to the sponsors’ approval; project managing the approved ideas; undertaking due diligence of all need requests; engaging in stakeholders’ management and driving the overall planning process in UNTH.
