TOWN HALL MEETING: UNTH COMMUNITY INTERACT WITH THEIR MANAGEMENT

It was in the spirit of the above that the Management of the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku/Ozalla, Enugu, organised another edition of Town Hall Meeting on Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024, at the Senior Staff Cafeteria.
Speaking during his opening remarks, the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Obinna Onodugo stated that the essence of the meeting is to appraise the efforts of the Staff and Management, to ensure the Hospital maintains its trademark. According to him, “The essence of this town hall meeting is to discuss the challenges that is affecting the hospital and how to move the hospital forward so that we can maintain the trademark of hospital”.
Highlight of the meeting were Launching of New National Anthem by the CMD. And brief Lecture on Retirement planning delivered by Mr Christian Chukwudi Onuchukwu, former Director of Finance and Account UNTH.
Public Relations Unit were on hand to entertain the public through drama and dancing.
The meeting was attended by the Management team led by the CMD, Heads of Department/Unit, various UNTH Union Executives, members of Staff of the Hospital Community.
